Stylized fullbody

Emphasis on flat shapes, contour lines.
This commission type comes with a flat background only.

Base price: €200
Additional character(s): up to +€100*
A painting of a character in a scene.
The environment is emphasised more; the character stands out a bit less and is rather a part of a whole.
a "scene" type commission will always have a background.

Other commission types
If you can't find the type of art you'd like listed here, then something else can be negotiated. Feel free to show me art that I've made that resembles the art you are looking for. Or if still undecided, you can also just give me a price range and we can work from there. I may accept pixel art commissions on ocassion.

terms of serivce
These terms of service apply whenever you purchase anything from me.
Please read these before commissioning me. Your commission request will be denied if you do not agree to these terms.

Payments are to be made through Paypal invoice. (Direct bank transfer is possible for dutch bank accounts)
Full payment is to be sent upfront, within 24 hours of having your commission request approved. (unless we have agreed upon a different payment arrangement).
Refunds can be issued. The amount that will be refunded depends on how far the commissioned piece has progressed (further along = smaller refund). I will not issue a full refund if I had already started work on the piece. Finished pieces will not be refunded.
I do not accept chargebacks through Paypal. If you must, please discuss it with me first.
ARTIST
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will upload the commissioned work online to my social media pages. If you would prefer to keep the commission private, please let me know.
I will not resell the commissioned work.
I have the right to reject your commission request.

You, the commissioner, may upload the work done for you online wherever you would like. Upon doing so however, you must credit me and link back to either my instagram profile @leensor or to my account on the site you are uploading it on (if I have an account on that site). Please also let me know before you plan on uploading it anywhere.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property.
You may not claim the work to be your own or anyone else's but mine.
You may not set the work up for redistribution. You may not use it for any commercial external projects, unless agreed upon. Non-commercial projects are OK.
The commissioned piece may not be used to train generative AI models.
procedure
I do not work on commissions full-time. Things might come up which could lengthen the time it takes for me to finish the work. In any case, the commissioner will be informed of the timeframe of completion of the work, multiple times if necessary.
A commission form is to be filled in when requesting a commission.
I strongly prefer a (digital) visual reference of the character that is to be painted. "description only" characters will be charged an additional design fee (to be discussed).
For larger commission types (fullbody+bg, scene), multiple thumbnail sketches will be made and shared with the client before the final piece is started.
After the piece has been finished the client may ask for small edits (free of charge). Larger edits will come at an additional cost dependent on the magnitude of the edit. (unless I accidentally missed something vital in the character's design, then it will be free of charge)
You may request a full resolution version of the work.

I will not draw anything offensive, discriminatory, racist, sexist, etc.
I am less skilled at drawing mechanical characters, robots and vehicles.
I am open to drawing (suggestive or not) nudity and (mild) gore (cuts, bruises, etc.). Not comfortable with depicting extreme violence.
If you are unsure as to whether your character qualifies or not, feel free to ask me about it.
